Policies

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required on file to secure appointments via our secure Square system. The card will only be charged if the cancellation or no-show policies are not followed.

• Illness or Emergencies: Please cancel your session if you have a fever, infection, or have experienced vomiting/diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment.

• Inclement Weather: Both clients and therapists may need to reschedule due to bad weather. Voicemails are time-stamped to confirm cancellation timing. Call us at 828-504-0873.

• No-Shows: A 100% service fee will be charged, and payment must be received before rebooking.

Appointment Confirmation

We provide a courtesy text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please remember your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed sessions, or fees.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ schedules. Full session fees still apply regardless of reduced treatment time.

Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates or pre-paid sessions used for missed or late-canceled appointments will be charged. All gift card and package sales are final, with no refunds on unused balances.

COVID-19 Policy

Clients testing positive or exposed to COVID-19 must reschedule 10 days after the positive test or exposure. This ensures the safety of our clients, particularly those at higher risk.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is strictly for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination, a charge for the full-service fee plus 25% gratuity, and potential reporting to local authorities.
